Create a Feishu custom app at https://open.feishu.cn/app → get App ID and App Secret
Set environment variables: FEISHU_APP_ID and FEISHU_APP_SECRET
Grant the app permissions: im:message:readonly, docx:document:readonly, calendar:calendar:readonly

Step 3: Try it

After setup, say these to your agent to verify everything works:
