Step 1: Install

Create a DingTalk custom app at https://open.dingtalk.com → get App Key and App Secret
Set environment variables: DINGTALK_APP_KEY and DINGTALK_APP_SECRET
Grant the app permissions: calendar:read, im:read, todo:read

Step 3: Try it
